Inspire announces presentations at European Cystic Fibrosis Society annual meeting

(NASDAQ:ISPH) announced today Inspire scientists and collaborators are presenting additional data from TIGER-1, the Company’s first Phase 3 trial with denufosol tetrasodium for the treatment of cystic fibrosis, at the European Cystic Fibrosis Society annual meeting June 10 - 13, 2009 in Brest, France.

The oral poster presentation, “Effects of Denufosol on Sinusitis-related Complaints in a Phase 3 Trial in Cystic Fibrosis Patients” (A.R. Mospan, T.A. Durham, A.E. Schaberg, F.J. Accurso), occurs during Oral Poster Session II - Clinical Care on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 4:30 - 6:00 PM (local time).

The oral presentation, “Relationship between Pulmonary Exacerbations and Lung Function Decline in a Six Month Trial of Denufosol” (F.J. Accurso, T.A. Durham, A.E. Schaberg), occurs during Workshop 17 - Clinical Trials in CF Lung Disease on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 4:30 - 6:00 PM (local time).
