Reichhold opens new manufacturing plant in Pune, India
(Research Triangle Park, N.C.) Reichhold launched a new manufacturing facility in India at Ranjangaon, Pune on October 30th. With 19 manufacturing sites and four technology centers across the globe, Reichhold has further strengthened its global presence with its entry into this large and rapidly growing market. The facility is designed with a planned annual production capacity of 13,200 metric tons. Initially, the plant will focus on manufacturing unsaturated polyester resins (UPR) for wind turbine, glass-reinforced pipe (GRP), engineering stone, chemical equipment, automobile and general purpose sectors.
