Mariner’s education practice continues to expand

(Charlotte, N.C.)  Mariner, an industry-leading business intelligence and performance management solutions provider, welcomes four new consultants to its Education Practice. Stefanie Connolly joins Mariner as a Managing Consultant, Letron Brantley as a Consultant and Justin James and Angelia Thompkins, as Associate Consultants. All of them are focused on supporting improvements in data-driven decision making and student achievement for K-12 districts and Departments of Education across the United States. Mariner is actively working with several school districts and Departments of Education including Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Anson County Schools and the New Hampshire Department of Education.

Mariner’s newest team members have significant experience with both education technology systems and data warehousing methods and practices of noted expert, Ralph Kimball.

The new consultants will focus on education analytics:

• Stefanie Connolly will draw from her experience in education training, performance management and quality processes to manage Mariner’s education project teams.

• Letron Brantley will design end-user interfaces to education reports and analytics, applying his experience in developing user interfaces that improve productivity.

• Justin James’s experience in building data warehousing solutions for education clients will be used to support the data integration aspects of Mariner’s K-12 solutions.

• Angelia Thompkins will develop processes that enable the efficient use and movement of data using Microsoft tools, drawing on her skills in designing systems that are quick, reliable and responsive to users.
