(Durham, N.C.) BÖWE BELL + HOWELL (BBH) today announced that Presort Solutions (Naperville, Ill.), one of the largest presort companies in the Midwest, has achieved USPS® Full Service IMB mailing approval using BBH® NetSort® software to complete the file validation process. The validation process verifies the accuracy and integrity of electronic mailing data uploaded to the PostalOne! ® system. The certification will qualify Presort Solutions for Full Service processing by the USPS.

Built on item-level tracking and a scalable client-server architecture, NetSort enables mailers to not just meet the new USPS® requirements for full-service use of Intelligent Mail® barcodes (IMB) but also realize additional discounts and revenue opportunities. NetSort is available as an upgrade on a wide range of sorting platforms.

Presort Solutions (www.presort-sol.com) handles First Class, Standard, Non-Profit and postcard mailings on nine BBH sorters located at its 100,000-square-foot, secure facility. The new BBH equipment maintains consistent pricing and production for their customer base, adding new revenue opportunities in postage and processing.

BBH offers Full Service webinars to guide its customers through the entire Full Service certification process. The webinars outline the five critically defined steps to becoming a Full Service mailer.
