Hutchison Law Group adds Devon White as trademark attorney

(Raleigh, N.C.) Hutchison Law Group, a leading provider of strategic business and intellectual property counsel to the Southeast’s life science and technology communities, announced today that Devon White has joined the firm in its Intellectual Property practice group. White’s practice will focus on trademark prosecution and enforcement, including representation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

White earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2002 from North Carolina Central University, where she is now an adjunct law professor teaching Intellectual Property Law. White serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Center for Voter Education, and as a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Committee on Women in the Profession. Additionally, she has served on the North Carolina Central University School of Law Board of Visitors and as President of the 14th Judicial District Bar and the Durham County Bar Association, and has managed and served on appellate judicial election committees.
