All are supporting improvements in data-driven decision making and student achievement for K-12 school districts and Departments of Education across the United States including Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Anson County Schools, Sacramento City Unified School District and the New Hampshire Department of Education.

Mariner’s newest team members have significant experience in K-12 education and business intelligence, data warehousing, and performance management systems.

• Van Scott will draw from his background in analytics, research and visualization to design data architectures.

• Aimee Nichols will draw from her experience in K-12 public education as a teacher, facilitator and administrator where she helped institute performance improvement programs, and worked with Curriculum and Instruction.

• Melissa Coates will use her business analysis, dashboard and scorecard skills – as well as her experience with customer training – to develop Mariner’s performance management solutions.

• Craig Hayward will apply his experience with education-focused ETL tools to support data integration efforts.
