SciQuest, Inc. files for proposed initial public offering
(Cary, N.C.) SciQuest, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand strategic procurement and supplier enablement solutions, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Thomas Weisel Partners LLC will act as book-running lead manager for the offering, and William Blair & Company, JMP Securities and Pacific Crest Securities will act as co-managers.
