Paul Dordal named executive director of new innovation alliance

(Fayetteville, N.C. ) Paul Dordal has been named Executive Director of P3I, a newly-formed public private partnership for innovation based in Fayetteville. The partners consist of the BRAC Regional Task Force, Fayetteville Technical Community College and NavTech, LLC, a defense and knowledge transfer organization located in Enterprise, Ala.

As executive director, Dordal will oversee the production of innovative technologies and processes that will enhance educational initiatives, business enterprises, and government functions related to emergency response and critical infrastructure protection.

“P3I will leverage the strengths and investments of the BRAC RTF, FTCC and NAVTECH to apply advanced visualization and other innovative technologies and processes to enhance innovation in our schools; create jobs and connect business and industry; and support government agencies,” said Dordal.

The BRAC RTF Board of Directors named John Harbison as Interim Executive Director. He will oversee all staff and programs underway at the BRAC RTF.

The BRAC RTF is a partnership of governments working with the 11 counties and 73 municipalities surrounding Fort Bragg and Pope AFB.
