(Charlotte, N.C.) Web consultancy and development firm Knowmad Technologies (www.knowmad.com) has launched the redesigned corporate Web site for Mallard Creek Polymers, Inc. at www.mcpolymers.com. Mallard Creek Polymers produces high-quality styrene-butadiene emulsions (SBR) and acrylic emulsion products and is a leader in polymer technology, safety, and quality.

Knowmad Technologies worked with Mallard Creek Polymers to develop a comprehensive Web strategy to support lead generation and incorporated lead generation tools into the Web site design. Mallard Creek Polymers also engaged Knowmad Technologies to provide Web site management services, including search engine optimization (SEO) and online marketing.

“During the entire process, Knowmad was exceptional in their attention to our needs,” says Robert S. Beyersdorf, Commercial Director for Mallard Creek Polymers. “Knowmad provided us with a foundation from which we were able to communicate our vision of innovation, quality and customer service.”

In addition to lead generation, the new site was designed to create greater awareness and positive brand perception and support the company’s growth strategy. “Together with Mallard Creek Polymers, we have designed a Web presence that will showcase their passion for innovation,” says Diona Kidd, vice president of Knowmad Technologies. “We took the great work that their employees do and communicated it visually and functionally through the new Web site.”

The site was designed to be easy to use for both technical and non-technical users of the site. It contains improved product information to support clients with multiple pathways to find and request information.

“The result is a tool for Mallard Creek Polymers to build stronger relationships with their customers,” says Kidd.
