(Charlotte, N.C.) Mariner, an industry-leading business intelligence and performance management solutions provider, has completed partnership agreements with both VIA and Tableau to expand its visualization solutions. This agreement harnesses the strengths of Mariner’s leadership as a Microsoft Gold Partner providing business intelligence solutions with VIA’s 10 years of visual intelligence and analysis experience all on the Tableau platform.

The Mariner-VIA team provides a single source for visualization solutions using Tableau by providing deep technical skills, effective user training and application support. To showcase Tableau solutions, Mariner will host a web event on April 22 that features Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server, highlighting the value of end-to-end solutions, such as those offered through its partnerships with VIA and Tableau.

“The Mariner-VIA-Tableau partnership produces a powerhouse of skills and proven solutions with the industry leader, Tableau Software, Inc.,” comments Larry Keller, founder of VIA. “Together, our clients experience the clarity of visual intelligence and leadership in their markets.”

“Our business intelligence solutions drive the right data to the right people in the right format,” adds Philip Morris, Mariner CEO and Co-founder. “Partnering with both Tableau and VIA give our implementation teams additional visualization tools to help customers improve the quality and speed of the decision-making process. The combined efforts result in powerful visualization solutions that offer rapid deployment and user acceptance as well as increased functionality – all for less than adding a single IT resource.”

A powerful trio:
- Tableau Software’s simplicity of connecting to multiple data sources and producing visualization and analyses in minutes has provided a basis for its solution becoming an innovator among data visualization providers.
- VIA’s expertise and evangelism in visualization methods has enabled it to become a brand identified with visual intelligence. Keller’s team of experts in NC, WA and CA offices provide Tableau training from introductory to expert levels.
- Mariner’s expertise in data warehousing, reporting and analytics, and performance management dashboards enables clients to integrate Tableau visualization into their overall data and to recognize the full value of their data and their investment in Microsoft technology.

Mariner’s web-based session, hosted Thursday, April 22nd, 8:30am, entitled “Visualization with Tableau & Microsoft SQL Server,” features Mariner’s latest enhancements to its business intelligence solutions. This and other sessions on visualization are available in Mariner’s web series.

Mariner’s website provides detailed information about the company’s analytics and performance management solutions, as well as a recent Tableau project launched with The Remi Group.
