Charles & Colvard announces first quarter 2010 earnings webcast and teleconference

The announcement will be followed by a live company-hosted conference call at 4:30 p.m. EDT in which management will review the financial and operating results for the period and discuss recent business developments. A question-and-answer session will follow.
