PowerSecure Announces Schedule for its Second Quarter 2010 Earnings Release and Conference Call

(Nasdaq: POWR) has scheduled its second quarter 2010 earnings release and conference call for Thursday, August 5, 2010, after the market close. The Company will issue its second quarter 2010 earnings release at approximately 4:15 p.m. eastern time, and will hold its earnings conference call from 5:30-6:30 p.m. eastern time.

The conference call will be webcast live and can be accessed from the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.powersecure.com. Participants can access the call by dialing 888-680-0892 (or 617-213-4858 if dialing internationally), and providing pass code 39657488.

PowerSecure is offering call participants a pre-registration option that expedites access to the call and minimizes hold times. Pre-registrants will be issued a pin number to be used when dialing into the live call which will provide quick access to the conference call by bypassing the operator.
