logo  (Research Triangle Park, N.C.) ChannelAdvisor, a solution provider that enables online retailers to improve efficiency and increase revenue, today announced support for Amazon France (FR) and Amazon Germany (DE), giving online retailers the ability to sell more on Amazon across multiple countries from a single platform. ChannelAdvisor announces this support now to give retailers ample time to expand their e-commerce strategy before the busy Christmas season.

“Online retail in both France and Germany is expected to grow by 40 to 60 percent over the next four years,” said Scot Wingo, CEO of ChannelAdvisor. “We’re expanding our support to Amazon FR and DE to give our online retailer customers every opportunity to sell more across multiple channels and in multiple countries, all while maintaining control from a single platform.”

ChannelAdvisor’s Amazon solution for Amazon FR and Amazon DE is the only enterprise-level solution that fully supports Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) in both of these countries, enabling retailers to create, track and modify products and orders, which are then fulfilled by Amazon’s shipping service. This integration gives retailers the capability to sell in both France and Germany without having a full infrastructure in place.

Other features of ChannelAdvisor’s Amazon solution for Amazon FR and DE include:

•A real-time product status dashboard that delivers information on a product’s standing on Amazon, alerting retailers of any listing problems and suggesting resolutions
•The ability to dynamically transform inventory data, such as product titles, to ease and quicken transition to meet Amazon’s complex requirements
•Complete order integration with Amazon to streamline the order fulfillment process and automate all Amazon-specific, post-sale activities
“With the Christmas season approaching, the timing couldn’t be better for us to expand our international business,” said Jonathan Mantel, owner of BuyitLoveit. “We’ve been profitable on Amazon UK through ChannelAdvisor, and we are eager to expand our business to Amazon FR and DE, especially since we can manage all of these countries from the ChannelAdvisor platform.”

ChannelAdvisor’s Amazon solution is one module of the ChannelAdvisor platform, which also includes solutions for comparison shopping, paid search, webstores and rich media. Adding support for Amazon FR and DE is part of the multichannel approach that ChannelAdvisor recommends for online retailers to obtain the most traffic and sell more.
