(Research Triangle Park, N.C.) Cyberlux Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBLD), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that the Company has produced and shipped the first order from Sierra Nevada Corporation for the Cyberlux LED Hardened Shelter Lighting solution. Sierra Nevada incorporates five 24” Hardened Shelter Lighting fixtures as the sole lighting component for the delivery of their Humvee-based mobile command and control centers produced for the U.S. Military.

“We are pleased to have been selected by Sierra Nevada as the main source for lighting their flag-ship Mobile Command Center. With both white LED and red LED “black out” lighting capability, our Hardened Shelter Light delivers both a tactical and energy efficient solution available for hardened, semi-permanent shelters, such as the Sierra Nevada Mobile Command Centers. This fulfillment is important, as it is the initial delivery and we are hopeful to expand this business as Sierra Nevada begins its rollout,” said Mark Schmidt, CEO of Cyberlux Corporation. “For many years, we have been supplying our tactical illumination lighting to military clients who need innovative solutions for their respective projects, and our relationship with Sierra Nevada provides an additional opportunity within the DoD to take full advantage of our capabilities,” added Schmidt.

The Cyberlux Hardened Shelter Light (HSL) series of products is designed as a highly dependable, tactical LED lighting system for environments where high lumen output and limited space require unique design. The HSL utilized in the Sierra Nevada Mobile Command Centers is 24 inches long, 5 inches wide and only 0.7 inches in depth but provides over 1950 lumens with an efficiency of 130 lumens per watt and weighs only 3.25 lbs. The HSL products also come in 18, 36 and 48 inch sizes, and can be customized for unique customer requirements.
