Tobin & Company Closes Sell-Side M&A Transaction

(Charlotte, N.C.) Airimba Wireless, Inc.  – doing business as WindChannel Communications, Inc. –  recently announced that it has concluded a merger agreement with AireWire, Inc. to create a combined company providing an expanded and diversified portfolio of network integration, wireless broadband and municipal services.  Tobin & Company Securities LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tobin & Company Investment Banking Group LLC and a member of FINRA and the SIPC, advised WindChannel and served as its exclusive financial advisor in this transaction.
