Greenscape Inc. Wins Regency Centers Bid

(Holly Springs, N.C.) Greenscape Inc. (www.greenscapeinc.com) has been selected to handle all commercial landscape installation efforts for Regency Centers’ renovation of its Carmel Commons shopping center in south Charlotte. The work will begin next week and should be complete by the end of March. This is the fifth landscape job that Greenscape has handled for Regency Centers.

“We always enjoy working with the team at Regency Centers,” says Daniel Currin, President of Greenscape. “They are great people—very professional—and heavily involved with community redevelopment.” The job was sold by Green Team member Leslie Herndon and designed by Adam Southwell. It will be managed by Keith Updyke in Raleigh and Nathan Beasley onsite in Charlotte.

Regency Centers owns and operates more than 360 community shopping centers around the country, and is focused on maintaining quality centers in top markets with top-of-line retailers. The firm is committed to green building and maintenance practices, including those related to landscape design and smart irrigation.
