Electronic Recycling Thrives Despite Threatening Weather

(Garner, N.C.) WingSwept held its third annual Technology Spring Clean event on April 16, which was a huge success.  Approximately 150 people and businesses came by to drop off over 20,000 pounds of technology. Event volunteers saw computers, printers, radios, DVD players, fax machines, wire, and much more dropped off to be recycled.  Some attendees participated for the first time while others have come out every year, but all were happy to get rid of their electronics properly. Sprint Foundation Donates $100,000 to Help Tornado Victims
