(Charlotte, N.C.) William E. Following up his recent event, SQL Saturday #70 (Columbia, SC), Pearson provides insight to attendees of SQL Saturday #77 in Pensacola on June 4, 2011. SQL Saturday events are produced by the national Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS), local PASS chapters and SQL Server User Groups and regional and national corporate sponsors. Since the first SQL Saturday held in Tampa in February 2008, the events have rapidly grown in popularity, with the attendance at recent events reaching all-time highs of 250 to 300. Each event provides free training to those using, or interested in using, Microsoft SQL Server, as well as an opportunity to meet well-known database and business intelligence specialists and consultants, and to network with fellow practitioners.
