(Raleigh, N.C.) Xerium Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:XRM) today announced that it closed its previously announced refinancing transaction, which included a private placement of $240 million of its 8.875% senior unsecured notes due 2018 (the “Notes”) and a new approximately $278 million multi-currency senior secured credit facility (the “New Credit Facility”), comprised of approximately $248 million of senior secured term loans and a $30 million senior secured revolving credit facility. The Notes were sold only to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) and to non-U.S. persons pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act. Bloss as an independent member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Bloss is the former chairman and CEO of CIRCOR International, Inc. (NYSE:CIR), a Burlington, Mass. supplier of valves and accessories to OEMs, processors, manufacturers and the military. (Rocky Mount, N.C.) Ossid, a division of Pro Mach, will receive a $200,000 business investment grant from the state of North Carolina aimed at increasing employment and keeping Ossid in the state as a valued employer. Gov. Bev Perdue announced this week that Ossid would remain in the state. The company had seriously considered moving to South Carolina, but the grant from the One NC fund plus local matching grants helped the company remain at its Rocky Mount facility. (more…)
