Thank you for deciding to submit your news item to NCTechNews.com for consideration of publication. In doing so, you will be making your organization’s name and news available to regular visitors, search engines, media outlets looking for news, and RSS feed aggregators used by people looking for articles on your specific subject matter, all absolutely 100% free.
NCTechNews publishes multiple authors contributing original news content on important subjects about North Carolina’s technology community. This content is updated daily, and NCTechNews welcomes original material from new authors on an ongoing basis.
Publishing your information on NCTechNews.com is free; there are no hidden charges associated with different levels of publishing or distribution.
PLEASE NOTE: You must first register as an author by emailing a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then add your email address to our SPAM filters to make sure we receive your future news items.
NCTechNews.com reserves the right to accept or reject any items submitted to us as we see fit in order to maintain the integrity of the site for all our users.
After registering your email address with us, here is how the process works:
1) Write and proof your news item BEFORE crafting an email to submit it to NCTechNews.com. This will give you a chance to think it through and edit it several times for grammar/syntax/style. Be sure it provides answers to the main tenents of journalism: who, what, where, when, why and how. Make your release concise, factual, and honest, and be sure it contains contact information for interested parties to reach you.
2) Send your news item to email@example.com.
YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE INSTANTLY AVAILABLE; ONCE APPROVED, your release will be published on NCTechNews.com.
